The blue sky predominates excepts from a few months in summer. San Jose is located in the Central Valley, truly blessed by an enjoyable climate, with nice temperatures, low humidity and a pleasant breeze. Actually, close to 50% of Costa Rica's 4 million population live in the Central Valley.
